Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fluent in multiple languages? We’re looking for a skilled Trilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in a dynamic remote role.

About the Role:

As a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers. Your main responsibility will be to interact directly with customers, gather vital product information, and assist them in using our client's products effectively and accurately. You will ensure a high level of service while offering valuable support and advice.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in German, alongside proficiency in one of the following languages: Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or French.
• Professional customer service experience is essential.
• A background in biological science is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
