Euro London’s leading client in the innovative 3D printer manufacturing sector is currently looking for a detailed-oriented and structured Change coordinator /Master Data Coordinator who is committed to ensuring that the flow of documents and master data in all its forms is compliant and easily accessible in a multi-disciplinary environment working with Production, Maintenance, Operations and R&D teams.

The Change Coordinator/Master Data Coordinator will draft change orders, coordinator data collection across different teams and manage changes through the approval process to implementation. You would be the main conduit for communication of change and drive coordination meetings with management teams to ensure the readiness of implementation.

This is a critical position within our client’s business where you will have a strong impact on the business and its production production, maintenance, supply chain and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Draft Engineering Change Orders based on input from a variety of teams ( Production, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain etc…) throughout the French organisation.
  • Ensure through documentation of new or modified parts including the generation of specifications for off the shelf components.
  • Drive Supply Chain readiness for change implementation.
  • Report out on change metrics to the wider team.
  • Perform impact analysis on changes and suggest release sequences to guarantee success.
  • Address issues with the change control process and recommend fundamental process updates for continuous improvement.
  • Manage Change Control Board meetings to review in flight and coming changes.
  • Data mine and address deficiencies with master data both within our client’s Agile PLM system as well as on their Oracle ERP System.
  • Partner with manufacturing to periodically review Bills of Materials to ensure accuracy.

 

Qualifications, experience and knowledge /skills required

  • A bachelors degree ( Licence) or equivalent experience, ideally in the technical/industrial field.
  • At least one previous experience in Supply Chain Operations/Documentation/Master Data Coordination.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a through, detail oriented and methodical approach, able to identify, pursue and obtain missing information.
  • Ability to multi-task and drive multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Any project management/project coordination skills would be beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent or very advanced English and French.
  • Able to handle pressure and deadlines.
  • Experience working with data, metrics and audits preferred.
