Job Title: DACH Account Executive

Location: Hybrid (London-based office)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 base + £10,000 - £15,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

Holiday: 5 weeks' allowance

DACH Account Executive needed to join the London team of a company smashing it in the Advertising and Media Sector. This hybrid role offers a mix of London office-based and working from home, with the potential for international opportunities down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business within the DACH region, identifying potential clients and closing deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client experience

What you will bring:

  • Native-level German speaker with strong cultural awareness of the DACH market
  • A proven track record in sales or account management, with a hunger for growth (6 months - 2-years experience ideally)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously
