We're excited to have opportunities for experienced Recruiters (ideally 360 but talk to us if you're a great business developer or sourcing specialist) with additional language skills to join our team, focused on placing multilingual professionals across a broad range of industries and locations.

Location of the role:

Our office is located in central London (Cannon Street/St Paul's area) and we offer a hybrid model of working in the office 1-2 days per week and 3-4 from home.

The role:

In this role you will work alongside Principal Consultants and Directors who have plenty of experience in this area to guide your success. Clients include the fastest growing start ups and SME’s as well as global brands and household names.

Main responsibilities will include yet will not be limited to:

  • Source job leads and convert into workable jobs via cold calling, business development, networking, client meetings and sales pitches and presentations
  • Present, negotiate and agree terms of business
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across a range of businesses in identified key market areas to understand their current and ongoing recruitment requirements
  • Build and represent a consistent candidate pipeline- identify, target and qualify potential candidates
  • Management of candidates through to offer and acceptance to include offer negotiation and counter offer counselling
  • Deliver effective after care to candidates and clients
  • Plan a strategy to build your desk and work towards promotion using this information

What we'd like you to bring:

  • You have fluency in English plus advanced to fluent skills in another European language (you also understand and want to promote the value of language learning and languages at work)
  • Minimum of 6 months previous recruitment experience (or potentially sales experience outside of recruitment - we can see if it fits)
  • Tenacity to develop new and existing business and the resilience to keep moving forward when it's tough
  • Solid IT skills and comfort sharing information
  • Friendly, hard-working attitude with the ambition to exceed expectations
