About the RoleAs an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional office environment and ensuring teams have the resources they need to work efficiently. <li>Support the Operations team in maintaining a professional office atmosphere.</li><li>Manage relationships with suppliers, including ordering supplies and researching new vendors.</li><li>Oversee contractors and ensure quality of service.</li><li>Organize health and safety checks and coordinate training sessions.</li><li>Assist with website and intranet updates as needed.</li><li>Provide support for recruitment and HR matters during team absences.</li><li>Help manage travel arrangements, diary schedules, and meeting logistics.</li></ul>
Key Skills and Attributes:<ul class="text">
<li>2-3 years of relevant work experience as an Operations Assistant/Administrator supporting more than one team.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping colleagues.</li><li>Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written Spanish or Italian.</li></ul>
