Euro London’s client, a French and international leader in HR, payroll, time management and building control and security access management is currently looking for a fluent Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialist to be based in their offices in either Nantes or Cholet.
With 20,000 clients worldwide and 5 million users daily of their technology our client is a renowned and growing company, part of a historic French group that is a by-word for a welcoming and successful family owned business for over 160 years. As the company’s client base expands, they’re looking to expand their multilingual and international client support team in either of the above locations to support this European and international growth.
Responsibilities
- Within the international support team with a strong team spirit of collaboration and training you’ll provide telephone support to our client’s Spanish speaking customers on issues relating to the set-up, configuration and usage of our client’s software for building access management and HR solutions.
- You’ll document the issues you’ve resolved to improve future follow-ups and keep an eye on the quality of the information that is included in client files, you flag-up information and data that could be beneficial to the rest of the team and highlight them in the knowledgebase.
- Knowledge sharing with the rest of the team. You have strong communications skills and strong analytical abilities with reactivity.
Skills and experience required
- An initial experience in a multilingual helpdesk support position, ideally in the software sector.
- You’re keen to develop a career with a company who can invest in your training and skills development on their solutions for the long-term.
- You speak fluent Spanish and ideally advanced/fluent French and English.
- You enjoy problem solving and supporting varied clients in Spanish.
