Job Title: Dutch Customer Service Advisor
Location: Utrecht/hybrid
Salary: €32,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday)

In this role, you’ll be dealing with customer enquiries, processing orders and ensuring a stellar customer service experience.

As the Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be:

  • Handling customer enquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring accurate, helpful, and friendly assistance.
  • Processing customer orders
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for providing top-tier service in a high-end environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
