Job Title: German Speaking Customer Retention Advisor
Location: Cambridge, UK – hybrid (2/3 days WFH)
Position: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 per annum (plus bonus)

Are you a sales-minded person with experience in Customer Service wanting to take their experience to the next level without having to do cold calling?
Then our client based in Cambridgeshire might be looking for you to join their growing and international team!
In this role, you'll be working with the company'a clients in the education space, making a difference through building relationships with academic institutions. There will be no cold-calling involved, as you'll be contacting existing and previous customers, working to retain them or re-engage them.

We’d love to connect with candidates who have previous Customer Service or Sales experience, excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English, and the ability to build strong, positive and long-lasting relationships!
