As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing their customer relationships. You will be responsible for both customer support and customer success, ensuring that clients achieve their goals while using their products. You’ll be interacting with C-Level executives, requiring quick thinking and effective communication skills.
