Requirements:<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role, with a background in leading a team.</li><li>Strong experience within the SaaS or tech industry.</li><li>Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.</li><li>Ideally fluent in a second EU language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, etc.).</li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong presentation skills and experience delivering engaging product demos.</li><li>A customer-centric approach with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.</li></ul>

Norwegian Customer Experience Supervisor

You are passionate about luxury and top-notch service? You have a flair for selling and organising luxury travel? Here is an amazing opportunity to work for a leading luxury travel and leisure company, based in Central London. We are recruiting on their behalf for a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to work on a hybrid or remote basis.&nbsp;You will be assisting their high-end members with luxury travel-related requests. Requests will be received via telephone or email which will then be, acknowledged, researched &amp; actioned in a timely manner as agreed with the Member. You will also be creating tailor-made travel and leisure packages to suit you clients needs and wants.&nbsp;Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently are desirable. You will have had previous experience working within the travel industry and dealing with top tiercustomers.
