Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive – English, German and French Language Skills

Location: Zurich or Geneva

CHF 95-105k per annum + package

A leading international professional services brand is ramping up their business development and marketing activities across Europe, creating an opportunity for a German and/or French speaking specialist to join their committed, collaborative world class team. Based in Zurich or Geneva and offering hybrid working, you’ll take ownership across a range of new business and marketing efforts, driving growth across European markets.

What you’ll do:

• Take a lead role in creating business development plans, owning budgets and key activities
• Identify and secure opportunities to pitch through market research and analysis, delivering materials and presentations to tight deadlines
• Manage materials and collateral in multiple languages from brochures and team sheets to legal directory submissions
• Identify sponsorship and speaking opportunities as well as connecting with the events team to support internal event organisation
• Collaborating with leaders and fee earners to hone their business development skills

What you’ll bring:

• With a background in legal or professional services firms, you will have experience of maximising the opportunities presented by relevant, high impact activities, creating and delivering amazing client experiences across multiple European markets.
• Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English, German and/or French
• Resilience and unflappable calmness under pressure combined with attention to detail; deadlines can be tight and client expectations high!
• Experience of building strong working relationships with senior stakeholders; a trusted advisor
• Tech savvy; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and any other useful skills welcome
