Contract Recruiter – Medical Device & Life Sciences (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has become available due to the growth of our client’s team in the medical device and life sciences sector. We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to help drive their continued success across Europe.
This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office, providing a perfect balance of remote and in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in key roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver high-quality candidates for positions in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, clinical research, and more.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
- Offer strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a high level of care to both candidates and clients.
- Handle multiple roles across Europe in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and timely placements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a contract recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully winning clients and placing candidates.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in sourcing and placing candidates for contract roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French, German, Danish, or Swedish is a nice to have, but not required.
