German-speaking Customer Service Representative
Hybrid – Central London (3 days office, 2 days home)
Immediate Start | Temporary (3+ months)
Pay rate: £15 to £18 p/h depending on experience
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to join a dynamic team in Central London. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two days from home.
✔ Handle customer orders and queries efficiently
✔ Provide customer service and support with deliveries, orders, cancellation etc
✔ Communicate with international teams and warehouses
✔ Manage stock availability and order processing
✅Experience with Zendesk is essential
✅ Fluent German speaker (written & spoken)
✅ Previous customer service experience is essential
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Available to start immediately
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension.
