<h3>Key Requirements:</h3>

<li>1-3 years of IT support experience.</li><li>Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior experience in a Financial Services company or a bank is preferred.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical issues independently.</li><li>Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.</li><li>Able to work onsite Monday to Friday in Central London.</li></ul>
