Head of Export & Logistics

My client in the remarketing automotive industry is scaling its wholesale business across the EU, and we’re looking for a Head of Export & Logistics to build and lead their export operations from day one.
What You’ll Do:
• Set up and manage the export & logistics function, ensuring world-class service.
• Develop and execute an export strategy for used vehicle distribution across Europe.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, balancing in-house and third-party logistics.
• Ensure compliance with EU and international trade regulations.
• Optimize processes to drive efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence.
What You Bring:
• min. 5 years of experience in export, logistics, and vehicle distribution.
• Strong leadership experience in European cross-border logistics.
• Expertise in trade regulations, customs, and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German; other European languages are a plus.
